Just a quick one this morning following on from my natter about management styles the other day. I helped out another friend last night who is in the catering business, check out KB Catering. Working with good managers really reaffirms my belief that you get the best out of staff if you treat them with respect. Yes you need the boundaries in place so everyone knows who is boss when the final decision has to be made but what is wrong with it not being your idea that is finally chosen as that decision?
