Welcome to the blogger of an absolute beginner...

Well, as a woman of a certain age setting up a business I have heard so much about the power of Social Marketing. I have even been to a seminar this week which made sense, well all except the acronyms. So I am going to give it a go.

I am a great people person and a great coach and if this is the way to tell you all about that...then I am up for moving out of my comfort zone just like a good coach should be. (The words great and technology will never appear in the same sentence for me though.)

We are of course assuming that I ever find this blog again.

A week without a car

Well, almost 2 really. I went up to the garage and cleared out the old Honda last week. It was a very tearful moment, who would have thought that I would get so close to a box on wheels, but then there has been times in life when she and the cat are the only two things I had to my name.

But in the last 2 weeks I have had so many offers of help from my friends; lifts to work and Pilate's, offers to drive me round to look at cars from people who know how lost I am looking to replace the old girl. This has been very uplifting and reminded me that there is so much good in the world, shame it is so well hidden by the rest.

So, a new car has been chosen and I owe a big debt of gratitude to the people who are loaning us the money to get it. Time to put loads of energy out to the universe so that clients come for coaching, I know that the universe will provide what I need to make my dreams happen. It always has, I have just not always been so sure what those dreams are.
